Meon Valley Runners, is a running club based in Hampshire. Our club venues are in the three villages of Knowle, Wickham and Southwick. We meet at each of the venues once a week, and run from each of these venues.
At present, the meetings are held on the following days, at the venues listed below;
- The Jubilee Hall, Bishops Waltham - Monday 6.45pm
- The Wickham Centre – Tuesday 6.45pm
- Swanmore College - Wednesday 6.45pm (Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month).
- Knowle Village Hall – Thursday 6.45pm
Swanmore College is our fortnightly speed session, held at Swanmore's running track. The session is aimed at people wanting to improve their running form and to help achieve a new PB. The fortnightly speed sessions is designed for runners of all abilities but it is recomended that you can at least run a 5k comfortably before attending the speed session.
In the future we will be meeting at one of the three villages on a Sunday morning and running as a club. The dates and venues for these runs will be published soon.

Club membership runs for 12 months on a rolling 12 month basis. Fees are payable annually.
